{"id":423,"date":"2025-10-20T19:52:11","date_gmt":"2025-10-20T17:52:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/solot.cz\/?p=423"},"modified":"2026-01-06T14:16:45","modified_gmt":"2026-01-06T13:16:45","slug":"zahajeni-kolektivniho-vyjednavani","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/solot.cz\/index.php\/2025\/10\/20\/zahajeni-kolektivniho-vyjednavani\/","title":{"rendered":"Zah\u00e1jen\u00ed kolektivn\u00edho vyjedn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dne 26.9.2025 jsme zah\u00e1jili vyjedn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed kolektivn\u00ed smlouvy na rok 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Spole\u010dn\u011b se ZO OSZSP jsme p\u0159edlo\u017eili t\u0159i n\u00e1vrhy:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Individu\u00e1ln\u00ed placen\u00e9 volno.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V&nbsp;leto\u0161n\u00edm roce dal kraj zam\u011bstnanc\u016fm ve zdravotnick\u00e9m holdingu 3 dny individu\u00e1ln\u00edho volna. Z&nbsp;t\u011bchto d\u016fvod\u016f bychom pro v\u0161echny zam\u011bstnance SOL Trutnov cht\u011bli vyjednat 3-5 dn\u00ed individu\u00e1ln\u00edho placen\u00e9ho volna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. P\u0159\u00edplatek za pr\u00e1ci p\u0159es\u010das u zam\u011bstnanc\u016f v\u00a0nep\u0159etr\u017eit\u00e9m provozu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Po\u017e\u00e1dali jsme o n\u00e1vrat ke sch\u00e9matu placen\u00ed p\u0159\u00edplatku za p\u0159es\u010dasy polovina 25 % a polovina 50 % nebo ur\u010den\u00ed dn\u016f nep\u0159etr\u017eit\u00e9ho odpo\u010dinku v\u00a0t\u00fddnu, tak aby zam\u011bstnanci v\u00a0nep\u0159etr\u017eit\u00e9m provozu v\u011bd\u011bli, kdy jim n\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed p\u0159\u00edplatek 50 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Odm\u011bny p\u0159i prvn\u00edm odchodu do p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u00e9ho d\u016fchodu\u00a0a p\u0159edd\u016fchodu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Doposud dost\u00e1vali zam\u011bstnanci odm\u011bny pouze p\u0159i prvn\u00edm odchodu do starobn\u00edho nebo invalidn\u00edho d\u016fchodu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00e1vrhy zam\u011bstnavatele:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>FKSP \u2013 \u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed pro rok 2026 zat\u00edm nem\u011bnit, do budoucna bude nutn\u00e1 \u00faprava.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek z\u00a0FKSP na smute\u010dn\u00ed kytici\/v\u011bnec p\u0159i \u00famrt\u00ed b\u00fdval\u00e9ho zam\u011bstnance (nyn\u00ed je mo\u017en\u00e9 pouze p\u0159i \u00famrt\u00ed st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edho zam\u011bstnance).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek p\u0159i odchodu do d\u016fchodu a pracovn\u00edm v\u00fdro\u010d\u00ed:  dosud byl tento p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek kr\u00e1cen dle v\u00fd\u0161e \u00favazku. To je administrativn\u011b slo\u017eit\u00e9.
