{"id":419,"date":"2025-06-01T21:03:21","date_gmt":"2025-06-01T19:03:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/solot.cz\/?p=419"},"modified":"2026-01-06T14:16:45","modified_gmt":"2026-01-06T13:16:45","slug":"jednani-se-zamestnavatelem-27-5-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/solot.cz\/index.php\/2025\/06\/01\/jednani-se-zamestnavatelem-27-5-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"Jedn\u00e1n\u00ed se zam\u011bstnavatelem 27.5.2025"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na programu jedn\u00e1n\u00ed byly \u00fapravy kolektivn\u00ed smlouvy a pracovn\u00edho \u0159\u00e1du v&nbsp;souladu s&nbsp;legislativn\u00edmi zm\u011bnami.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Spole\u010dn\u011b jsme podepsali zm\u011bnov\u00fd list \u010d. 1 k pracovn\u00edmu \u0159\u00e1du a dodatek \u010d. 1 ke kolektivn\u00ed smlouv\u011b na rok 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><u>Legislativn\u00ed zm\u011bny.&nbsp;<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Od 1.6.2025 ve\u0161la v&nbsp;platnost flexinovela z\u00e1kon\u00edku pr\u00e1ce, kter\u00e1 upravuje n\u011bkter\u00e9 \u00a7 ZP v&nbsp;jejich\u017e souladu byly provedeny zm\u011bny KS a pracovn\u00edho \u0159\u00e1du.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Zku\u0161ebn\u00ed doba: <\/strong>D\u00e9lka zku\u0161ebn\u00ed doby&nbsp;u \u0159adov\u00fdch zam\u011bstnanc\u016f prodlou\u017eena na 4 m\u011bs\u00edce. D\u00e9lka zku\u0161ebn\u00ed doby&nbsp;u vedouc\u00edch zam\u011bstnanc\u016f prodlou\u017eena na 8 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f. V pracovn\u00edm \u0159\u00e1du je uveden odkaz na p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e1 ustanoven\u00ed z\u00e1kon\u00edku pr\u00e1ce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>V\u00fdpov\u011b\u010f a v\u00fdpov\u011bdn\u00ed doba: <\/strong>Nov\u011b za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 v\u00fdpov\u011bdn\u00ed lh\u016fta b\u011b\u017eet ji\u017e dnem doru\u010den\u00ed v\u00fdpov\u011bdi. Tento zp\u016fsob plat\u00ed pro zam\u011bstnance i zam\u011bstnavatele (nap\u0159. v\u00fdpov\u011b\u010f doru\u010dena dne 8. 8. 2025, pracovn\u00ed pom\u011br kon\u010d\u00ed dne 8. 10. 2025). Je nutn\u00e9, aby bylo v\u017edy dolo\u017eeno datum p\u0159evzet\u00ed v\u00fdpov\u011bdi. Tato \u00faprava je prom\u00edtnuta do pracovn\u00edho \u0159\u00e1du formou odkazu na z\u00e1kon\u00edk pr\u00e1ce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>V\u00fdpov\u011b\u010f z d\u016fvodu ztr\u00e1ty zdravotn\u00ed zp\u016fsobilosti: <\/strong>P\u0159i ukon\u010den\u00ed pracovn\u00edho pom\u011bru z d\u016fvodu nap\u0159. nemoci z&nbsp;povol\u00e1n\u00ed \u010di pracovn\u00edho \u00farazu n\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed zam\u011bstnanci n\u00e1hrada. Ta bude hrazena ze z\u00e1konn\u00e9ho poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed zam\u011bstnavatele a bude odpov\u00eddat 12n\u00e1sobku pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9ho m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00edho v\u00fdd\u011blku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mate\u0159sk\u00e1 a rodi\u010dovsk\u00e1 dovolen\u00e1: <\/strong>Zam\u011bstnanci, kte\u0159\u00ed se vracej\u00ed z rodi\u010dovsk\u00e9 dovolen\u00e9 p\u0159ed dosa\u017een\u00edm dvou let v\u011bku d\u00edt\u011bte, maj\u00ed garantovan\u00fd n\u00e1vrat na p\u016fvodn\u00ed pracovn\u00ed pozici a stejn\u00e9 pracovi\u0161t\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>DPP a DP\u010c b\u011bhem rodi\u010dovsk\u00e9<\/strong>: Zam\u011bstnanci na rodi\u010dovsk\u00e9 dovolen\u00e9 budou moci na DPP nebo DP\u010c vykon\u00e1vat stejn\u00fd druh pr\u00e1ce, kter\u00fd maj\u00ed sjedn\u00e1n v pracovn\u00edm pom\u011bru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Z\u00e1kaz ml\u010denlivosti o mzd\u011b:<\/strong> nov\u011b je zak\u00e1z\u00e1no sjedn\u00e1vat ml\u010denlivost o v\u00fd\u0161i a struktu\u0159e mzdy. Zam\u011bstnanci mohou informace o sv\u00e9 mzd\u011b (\u010di jejich slo\u017ek\u00e1ch) voln\u011b sd\u00edlet a voln\u011b s&nbsp;nimi nakl\u00e1dat. Tento bod byl z&nbsp;pracovn\u00edho \u0159\u00e1du vypu\u0161t\u011bn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pracovn\u00ed pom\u011br na dobu ur\u010ditou<\/strong>: Jedn\u00e1-li se o z\u00e1stup na mate\u0159sk\u00e9, otcovsk\u00e9 nebo rodi\u010dovsk\u00e9 dovolen\u00e9 je mo\u017en\u00e9 dobu ur\u010ditou prodlu\u017eovat.&nbsp;St\u00e1le v\u0161ak plat\u00ed max. d\u00e9lka 3 roky pro jednu dobu ur\u010ditou a&nbsp;celkem maxim\u00e1ln\u011b 9 let.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><u>Organiza\u010dn\u00ed z\u00e1le\u017eitosti a odhad dal\u0161\u00edho v\u00fdvoje<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Odchod do d\u016fchodu: <\/strong>Kolektivn\u00ed smlouva upravuje n\u00e1rok na odm\u011bnu p\u0159i odchodu do starobn\u00edho nebo p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u00e9ho d\u016fchodu. Tento n\u00e1rok je podm\u00edn\u011bn p\u0159edlo\u017een\u00edm rozhodnut\u00ed o p\u0159izn\u00e1n\u00ed d\u016fchodu vydan\u00e9ho \u010cSSZ. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b tzv. p\u0159edd\u016fchodu (\u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed soukrom\u00e9ho penzijn\u00edho spo\u0159en\u00ed) tento n\u00e1rok nevznik\u00e1, proto\u017ee nejde o odchod do d\u016fchodu podle z\u00e1kona. Kolektivn\u00ed smlouva tuto variantu nespecifikuje, nelze odm\u011bnu vyplatit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>V\u00fdro\u010dn\u00ed zpr\u00e1va za rok 2024: <\/strong>Pracovn\u00ed verze v\u00fdro\u010dn\u00ed zpr\u00e1vy bude p\u0159ipravena do konce \u010dervna 2025 a p\u0159ed\u00e1na odborov\u00fdm organizac\u00edm. Fin\u00e1ln\u00ed schv\u00e1len\u00ed prob\u011bhne org\u00e1nem z\u0159izovatele (krajem) v pr\u016fb\u011bhu \u010dervence 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sm\u011brnice k ochran\u011b osobn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f: <\/strong>Zam\u011bstnavatel p\u0159ipravuje novou sm\u011brnici ve spolupr\u00e1ci s Mgr. Milanem Bl\u00e1hou, pov\u011b\u0159encem GDPR. N\u00e1vrh sm\u011brnice je v p\u0159\u00edloze zasl\u00e1n odborov\u00fdm organizac\u00edm k p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00fdm p\u0159ipom\u00ednk\u00e1m. Se sm\u011brnic\u00ed budou sezn\u00e1meni v\u0161ichni zam\u011bstnanci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Odhad dal\u0161\u00edho v\u00fdvoje organizace: <\/strong>Organizaci SOL p\u016fvodn\u011b hrozilo uzav\u0159en\u00ed ozdravoven dle platn\u00e9 legislativy. Nov\u011b se v\u0161ak uva\u017euje s jejich transformac\u00ed na odborn\u00e9 l\u00e9\u010debn\u00e9 \u00fastavy (OL\u00da), co\u017e si vy\u017e\u00e1d\u00e1 legislativn\u00ed i organiza\u010dn\u00ed zm\u011bny, nap\u0159. v oblasti person\u00e1lu, financov\u00e1n\u00ed, vybaven\u00ed a kapacity. Poji\u0161\u0165ovny maj\u00ed k financov\u00e1n\u00ed transformace v\u00fdhrady, necht\u011bj\u00ed navy\u0161ovat objem vydan\u00fdch finan\u010dn\u00edch prost\u0159edk\u016f. Organizace je p\u0159ipravena na \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dnou redukci a redistribuci person\u00e1lu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>LZV \u2013 v\u00fdstavba nov\u00e9 budovy: <\/strong>P\u0159\u00edpravn\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce pokra\u010duj\u00ed, zah\u00e1jen\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpravn\u00fdch prac\u00ed (podklady pro projekt, v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00e9 \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed\u2026) prob\u011bhne v bl\u00edzk\u00e9 dob\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ZDVOP \u2013 soci\u00e1ln\u011b-pr\u00e1vn\u00ed ochrana d\u011bt\u00ed: <\/strong>Zdravotn\u00ed odbor usiluje o p\u0159eveden\u00ed t\u00e9to agendy pod soci\u00e1ln\u00ed odbor. Aktu\u00e1ln\u011b je preferov\u00e1no zachov\u00e1n\u00ed kapacity bez roz\u0161i\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed. Kraj pl\u00e1nuje transformaci za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed sm\u011brem k men\u0161\u00edm bytov\u00fdm jednotk\u00e1m za\u010dlen\u011bn\u00fdm do b\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho prost\u0159ed\u00ed, aby byly d\u011bti v\u00edce integrov\u00e1ny do \u017eivota b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch rodin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Viz.<\/em> <em>Z\u00e1pis z jedn\u00e1n\u00ed s odborov\u00fdmi organizacemi, konan\u00e9ho dne 27.05.2025 09:00 \u20139:57 v s\u00eddle zam\u011bstnavatele \u2013 SOL okresu Trutnov, Proch\u00e1zkova 818, Trutnov, 54101<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"text-decoration:underline\">D\u00e1le jsme se zeptali na person\u00e1ln\u00ed zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed R\u00da Hostinn\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Jak\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem bude prob\u00edhat v\u00fdb\u011br nov\u00e9 stani\u010dn\u00ed sestry?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hl\u00e1s\u00ed se nov\u00e9 sestry do sm\u011bnn\u00e9ho provozu? V\u00a0t\u00e9to souvislosti jsme upozornili na nedostatek sester.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dozv\u011bd\u011bli jsme se, \u017ee zp\u016fsob v\u00fdb\u011bru nov\u00e9 stani\u010dn\u00ed sestry zat\u00edm nen\u00ed ur\u010den.
