Do vyjedn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed jsme ve\u0161li ve shod\u011b se ZO OSZSP. Shodli jsme se na dvou bodech \u201esick days\u201c a volno pro rodi\u010de prv\u0148\u00e1\u010dk\u016f na prvn\u00ed \u0161koln\u00ed den.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>18.10.2023 jsme se se\u0161li se zam\u011bstnavatelem a na\u0161e body mu p\u0159ednesli, sou\u010dasn\u011b jsme si vyslechli n\u00e1vrhy zam\u011bstnavatele a prodiskutovali nutn\u00e9 \u00fapravy FKSP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Na\u0161e n\u00e1vrhy:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Zdravotn\u00ed volno<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nad r\u00e1mec z\u00e1kon\u00edku pr\u00e1ce poskytne zam\u011bstnavatel zam\u011bstnanc\u016fm v pracovn\u00edm pom\u011bru na jejich p\u00edsemnou \u017e\u00e1dost placen\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed volno (sick days) v rozsahu 5 dn\u016f v kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00edm roce z d\u016fvodu zdravotn\u00ed indispozice. \u017d\u00e1dost zam\u011bstnanec pod\u00e1v\u00e1 p\u00edsemn\u011b na standardn\u00edm tiskopisu \u017e\u00e1dosti o dovolenou na zotavenou, kde m\u00edsto \u201edovolen\u00e9 na zotavenou&#8220; uvede, \u017ee se jedn\u00e1 o \u201ezdravotn\u00ed volno&#8220;. Zdravotn\u00ed volno lze \u010derpat pouze v cel\u00fdch dnech, v rozsahu 1\u20135 dn\u016f dle aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed pot\u0159eby. Toto volno nelze \u010derpat v dob\u011b do\u010dasn\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed neschopnosti zam\u011bstnance, v dob\u011b o\u0161et\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed \u010dlena rodiny a v dob\u011b \u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed dovolen\u00e9 nebo v dob\u011b p\u0159\u00edmo p\u0159edch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed\/navazuj\u00edc\u00ed na \u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed dovolen\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edp. n\u00e1hradn\u00edho volna. Za poskytnut\u00e9 volno se zam\u011bstnanci plat nekr\u00e1t\u00ed. Nevy\u010derpan\u00e9 volno nelze p\u0159ev\u00e1d\u011bt do n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edho kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00edho roku. V p\u0159\u00edpadech, kdy nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 p\u0159edlo\u017eit p\u00edsemnou \u017e\u00e1dost p\u0159edem, zam\u011bstnanec ozn\u00e1m\u00ed \u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed zdravotn\u00edho volna telefonicky p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00e9mu vedouc\u00edmu zam\u011bstnanci a dodate\u010dn\u011b, nejpozd\u011bji n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed pracovn\u00ed den po ukon\u010den\u00ed \u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed zdravotn\u00edho volna dolo\u017e\u00ed p\u00edsemnou \u017e\u00e1dost\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch \u010dervenec, srpen a prosinec mohou b\u00fdt z provozn\u00edch d\u016fvod\u016f \u017e\u00e1dosti p\u0159edem schvalov\u00e1ny p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fdm vedouc\u00edm zam\u011bstnancem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po dobu \u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed sick days se zam\u011bstnanec mus\u00ed zdr\u017eovat v m\u00edst\u011b trval\u00e9ho bydli\u0161t\u011b. Zam\u011bstnavatel je opr\u00e1vn\u011bn prov\u00e1d\u011bt nam\u00e1tkov\u00e9 kontroly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sick days se neposkytuje zam\u011bstnanc\u016fm ve zku\u0161ebn\u00ed a v\u00fdpov\u011bdn\u00ed lh\u016ft\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Volno pro zam\u011bstnance (rodi\u010de) d\u011bt\u00ed nastupuj\u00edc\u00edch do prvn\u00ed t\u0159\u00eddy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zam\u011bstnavatel poskytne placen\u00e9 volno v\u0161em zam\u011bstnanc\u016fm, jejich\u017e vy\u017eivovan\u00e9 d\u00edt\u011b nastupuje do prvn\u00ed t\u0159\u00eddy Z\u0160 a na ten den jim dle pl\u00e1nu sm\u011bn vych\u00e1z\u00ed sm\u011bna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>N\u00e1vrh zam\u011bstnavatele:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>N\u00e1vrh nov\u00e9ho zn\u011bn\u00ed bodu IV.6.4. kolektivn\u00ed smlouvy.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zam\u011bstnavatel poskytuje odm\u011bnu p\u0159i \u017eivotn\u00edm jubileu, p\u0159i prvn\u00edm skon\u010den\u00ed pracovn\u00edho pom\u011bru po p\u0159izn\u00e1n\u00ed invalidn\u00edho d\u016fchodu pro invaliditu t\u0159et\u00edho stupn\u011b nebo po nabyt\u00ed n\u00e1roku na starobn\u00ed d\u016fchod a p\u0159i pracovn\u00edm v\u00fdro\u010d\u00ed. Nabyt\u00ed n\u00e1roku zam\u011bstnance na starobn\u00ed nebo invalidn\u00ed d\u016fchod t\u0159et\u00edho stupn\u011b prok\u00e1\u017ee p\u0159edlo\u017een\u00edm rozhodnut\u00ed o p\u0159izn\u00e1n\u00ed d\u016fchodu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>FKSP<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V&nbsp;n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edm obdob\u00ed n\u00e1s \u010dekaj\u00ed zm\u011bny vypl\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed z&nbsp;pl\u00e1novan\u00e9ho \u201evl\u00e1dn\u00edho bal\u00ed\u010dku\u201c, kter\u00fd zat\u00edm st\u00e1le nen\u00ed schv\u00e1len. Povinn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edd\u011bl do FKSP bude nov\u011b sn\u00ed\u017een ze 2 % na 1 % z objemu&nbsp;plat\u016f a z&nbsp;toho 1\/2 mus\u00ed b\u00fdt ur\u010dena na penzijn\u00ed p\u0159ipoji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed. Z&nbsp;toho vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee na ostatn\u00ed polo\u017eky zbyde cca pouze 1\/3 sou\u010dasn\u00e9ho objemu financ\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Modelace \u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed na p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00ed rok n\u00e1m p\u0159edstavil Ing. Dole\u017eal. Popsal n\u00e1m n\u011bkolik modelov\u00fdch tabulek. Tabulky p\u0159ilo\u017e\u00edme na konci \u010dl\u00e1nku.( Tabulky na konci \u010dl\u00e1nku budou vyv\u011b\u0161eny pouze na odborov\u00e9 n\u00e1st\u011bnce v R\u00da, jedn\u00e1 se o intern\u00ed z\u00e1le\u017eitost, kterou zat\u00edm nelze zve\u0159ej\u0148ovat na webu.) Jednalo se zejm\u00e9na o v\u00fd\u0161i p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvku na stravu. Jednohlasn\u011b jsme se shodli na ponech\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvku na kulturn\u00ed akce. Cht\u011bli bychom tento bod zachovat s&nbsp;ni\u017e\u0161\u00edm p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvkem na zam\u011bstnance. V\u00fd\u0161e p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvku bude do\u0159e\u0161ena po definitivn\u00edm zn\u011bn\u00ed legislativy. Shodli jsme se na tom, \u017ee jsou tzv. \u201ev\u00fdro\u010dky\u201c pro zam\u011bstnance tak\u00e9 d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9. Je dobr\u00e9 potk\u00e1vat se s&nbsp;ostatn\u00edmi spoluzam\u011bstnanci mimo pracovi\u0161t\u011b, poznat je i po lidsk\u00e9 str\u00e1nce, ne jenom t\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed a ukon\u010dit spole\u010dn\u011b konec pracovn\u00edho roku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Z&nbsp;minul\u00e9ho jedn\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pan\u00ed \u0159editelka n\u00e1s sezn\u00e1mila s&nbsp;\u0159e\u0161en\u00edm n\u011bkolika bod\u016f, kter\u00e9 jsme otev\u0159eli b\u011bhem minul\u00fdch jedn\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Uzamykateln\u00fd prostor pro kola zam\u011bstnanc\u016f R\u00da.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed uzamykateln\u00fdch st\u00e1n\u00ed na kola bude zahrnuto v&nbsp;pl\u00e1nu investic pro rok 2024. V&nbsp;sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b byl mezi zam\u011bstnance d\u00e1n dotazn\u00edk, kter\u00fdm zam\u011bstnavatel zji\u0161\u0165uje, v&nbsp;jak\u00e9m m\u011b\u0159\u00edtku budou zam\u011bstnanci takovou slu\u017ebu vyu\u017e\u00edvat (z&nbsp;d\u016fvodu odhadu nutn\u00e9 kapacity).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed plat\u016f sanit\u00e1\u0159\u016fm\/sanit\u00e1\u0159k\u00e1m v&nbsp;R\u00da.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V&nbsp;sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b jsou sanit\u00e1\u0159i\/ sanit\u00e1\u0159ky za\u0159azeni do 4. platov\u00e9 t\u0159\u00eddy. P\u0159e\u0159azen\u00ed do 5. platov\u00e9 t\u0159\u00eddy nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 z&nbsp;d\u016fvodu charakteru za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed R\u00da a n\u00e1pln\u011b pr\u00e1ce t\u011bchto zam\u011bstnanc\u016f. Cestou k&nbsp;nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed plat\u016f je posun v&nbsp;platov\u00e9m stupni. V\u011bt\u0161ina zam\u011bstnanc\u016f je za\u0159azena do 4\/10 a dojde k&nbsp;za\u0159azen\u00ed do 4\/12. Fyzick\u00e9 nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed bude u v\u011bt\u0161iny sanit\u00e1\u0159\u016f\/sanit\u00e1\u0159ek 1630,- K\u010d\/ m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b. Ro\u010dn\u00ed n\u00e1r\u016fst n\u00e1kladovosti pro zam\u011bstnavatele: cca 1,2 mil K\u010d v\u010detn\u011b odvod\u016f. N\u00e1vrh platn\u00fd od 1.1.2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>Hospoda\u0159en\u00ed<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00a0sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b m\u00e1me velmi dobr\u00fd hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fd v\u00fdsledek a o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1me i dobr\u00fd v\u00fdsledek ke konci roku 2023. Odm\u011bny ve vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm m\u011b\u0159\u00edtku za II. pololet\u00ed se pl\u00e1nuj\u00ed v\u00a0listopadu \u2013 vyplaceno v\u00a0prosinci a p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b dal\u0161\u00ed odm\u011bny v\u00a0prosinci \u2013 vyplacen\u00e9 v\u00a0lednu 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u011bkujeme v\u0161em z\u00fa\u010dastn\u011bn\u00fdm za klidn\u00e9 a konstruktivn\u00ed jedn\u00e1n\u00ed.
